Sam, a Vineland native, graduated from Sacred Heart Grammar School and St. Augustine Prep before earning his degree from Widener University. After college, Sam successfully owned and operated a small business serving the agricultural industry in Vineland for nearly 40 years. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to also establish and manage multiple real estate-focused ventures. These companies have bolstered both the commercial and residential sectors, demonstrating his commitment and acumen in the real estate market.

In 2011, Sam expanded his expertise by acquiring his real estate license, further enhancing his ability to serve diverse clientele in the real estate domain. After retiring from his business ventures, Sam transitioned into politics to continue his commitment to public service, a field in which he remains active.

Throughout his career, Sam has been an integral part of the Vineland community. He was honored with the NAACP Political Courage Award in 2011 and served as the Chairperson for the ARC of Cumberland County Walk-a-Thon in 2013. His ongoing community roles include former member and current benefactor of Boy Scouts Sacred Heart Troop 36, Co-Founder and Board Member of the Vineland In-Line Youth Hockey League, and a volunteer coach for Vineland’s youth hockey and soccer leagues. Sam also served on the Vineland Zoning Board of Adjustment and later the Vineland Planning Board.
